Lake Ben with that palm tree tshirt is just perfect. Tempered lighting gives a tanned complexion. Slightly messy hair tops off a great look. Middle age who? Could easily pass for early 30s 😉

I believe "Overweight" means that, when a stock is expected to do well, one should consider holding a larger percentage of that stock in your portfolio.

Portfolio mangers on CNBC often refer to being overweight or underweight. I think they are talking about the percentage of the stock in their portfolio vs. the weighting of the stock in the S&P 500. If they have 1.5% of JPM, the portfolio is overweight because the weighting in the S&P is currently 1.24%.

Re: the Pension question, I would consider contributing to a Roth for tax reasons.

Is that football intro actually Ben or is this some kind of inside joke?

Why does Ben always act like managing a property is difficult? If that couple is making 2k over the mortgage they can certainly afford a management company. They usually charge 10% of the base rent.

Target date funds are such a scam. A fund bundles the equities and fixed income so you can't buy and sell them independently. If there is a huge drawdown and you need to raise funds you end up selling the fund and the proportional amount of fixed income and Equity as opposed to just selling down the fixed income and letting the equity grow.

That’s the one of the many disadvantages of TDFs
