Would love to see a video about how to make eyeshadow shades you don’t like the colour of work for you, or just how to get the most out of an eyeshadow palette. There’s always two or three shades I never use and don’t know what do with, usually because I can’t think of a colour story that would look good.
As someone not very skilled at eyeshadow, I use those colors for practice. Certain colors look amazing on me, but yellow, orange, red, & neons really don’t. So I label them as crease, outer corner, inner corner etc. Then I use those how I would use the “real” colors. I almost always do a single trial with the real colors, just to account for slight differences in formulations. But it uses up the less practical colors while still saving the nice ones. Also good for kids learning makeup or playing dress-up. I’m sure she’ll have a much better answer, but hope this helps in case she doesn’t see your question.
@@GG-kn2seif you don’t utilize a full palette and you don’t want to play around, why are you buying palettes? Buy a z palette (magnetized custom sized pan that you can add singles to) or single/duo eyeshadows and just buy a few shades that you know work for you. Give away your palettes to a younger woman in your life or something

I bought the Danessa Myricks palette even though I found it very intimidating. I just wanted something different and beautiful. So far I've found it easy to use even though I'm a beginner. Really the only limitation is my creativity. It's very expensive to "just try it", but I was lucky enough to have a Sephora gift card and the palette was on sale, so I only paid $40 for it. I'm so happy I gave it a chance.

I love your technique videos the most, I think it would be great if you had a regularly scheduled technique video once a week where you either try out a new technique or teach us one that you already love to use. You're also the best at introducing me to makeup products and brands that I wouldn't have found on other channels or any other way, so maybe a once a month product video (if you have new one you like) would also be cool.

Speaking on behalf of all the other fair olives out there... We would LOOOOOOVE more regular content geared towards our skin tone. Like, seriously. We already idolize you and love the videos you've done, but representation is so hard to find so we'd love more looks that highlight our unique skin, or products/brands that specifically work well, etc.
I’d love some really in depth explanations on brushes. I never know which ones to buy and I feel like I have to consider a combination of the formula of the product, where I’m applying it, and the finish I want. Maybe even separate videos on different areas i.e. brushes for different foundation types, brushes for different bronzers etc.

I think I know what you were going to say that was “shady” but preferred not to say. I feel like it’s regarding the price tag and it being worth more than other $125-130 palettes 👀. Many people buy Pat McGrath and Natasha Denona without realizing that they are just basic formulas. What I love about Danessa Myricks palettes is that it offers formulas that we don’t often see together in a palette (multichromes, toppers, water activated liners, cream to powders, etc). For me, it’s an easier pill to swallow when buying her palettes compared to other high end cause I know I’m getting formulas that make makeup fun and spark creativity!!

I love the idea of a celeb look recreation once a month. It seems like a more laid-back type of content to make that's enjoyed by many. Monthly favorites is another good one, there's so much coming all the time, but there's genuinely great stuff coming out in the flurry, formulas are getting crazy good. Seeing new favorites in action is always super helpful.
For a ideas this year, I think it would be super fun to do a series of looks with like the color palettes/styles of famous paintings! I think it could be a really great way for you to insert more of your traditional art knowledge into your videos

I newer here so I don’t know yet what you all have done but the basics I swear are always amazing videos. Like just simply how to properly prime your face for makeup or why your concealer is creasing or why your eyeshadow comes out looking patchy and how to correct that. I always just did my makeup how I see everyone else do it (ex: cake some powder on after under eye concealer and then if it looks bad I’m just like well that’s what everyone else does so I just must be unlucky 😂) but this channel has opened me up to the fact that makeup is not one size fits all. I’m such a newbie with makeup and you are the only one I really trust and don’t feel like I’m being sold anything 😂 but also is breaking things down and explaining and demonstrating in a way that makes sense. So thank you for your channel!

a week of eyeshadow tutorials and in general as many makeup tutorials as possible would be AMAZING!! you're legit the only beauty youtuber out there who taught me how to use eyeshadow and i actually could recreate makeup looks by your tutorials!! also i would really love to see a video on how you build your makeup looks, and what i mean by that is how you make everything look put together and blended onto each other. when i put on eyeshadow, i get completely lost at other steps and have no idea what colour my blush should be, like more red-ish, pink-ish, how intesne it should be and should i put it on my nose too cus why not.. and gosh i literally can never understand what i should do with my lips, like smth colourful or just nude, gloss or matte and end up doing somewhat of a makeup look which just doesn't really go well together? like it all looks fine seperetaly but it doesn't feel like 'a look' uknow. and yeah i can check other peoples' makeup and get ideas from there, but i don't have a big makeup collection to recreate everything they have going on and just really would love to be able to build looks from anything i own. idk maybe it isn't a problem for most of people but i just get absolutely lost while trying to do smth on my face lool so if u touch on all these topics in any of ur videos i will WORSHIP u

For me who is scared of using eyeshadows I would like to see some very basic tutorials on maybe everything but especially eyeshadows. I know that you have videos like this, but an update would be also cool. For example I don’t get how and why use light shade eyeshadows and it would be great to have you explain this. Speaking on behalf of all the other fair olives out there... We would LOOOOOOVE more regular content geared towards our skin tone. Like, seriously. We already idolize you and love the videos you've done, but representation is so hard to find so we'd love more looks that highlight our unique skin, or products/brands that specifically work well, etc.

I’d love some really in depth explanations on brushes. I never know which ones to buy and I feel like I have to consider a combination of the formula of the product, where I’m applying it, and the finish I want. Maybe even separate videos on different areas i.e. brushes for different foundation types, brushes for different bronzers etc.
Would love to see a creative look using the Danessa Myricks palette! Those colors looked beautiful. You mentioned a gateway into cream shadows, one thing that I always get stuck on is cream blushes. Whenever I attempt a cream blush I can never seem to get the application even on both sides, would love some tips on cream blush

I think I know what you were going to say that was “shady” but preferred not to say. I feel like it’s regarding the price tag and it being worth more than other $125-130 palettes 👀. Many people buy Pat McGrath and Natasha Denona without realizing that they are just basic formulas. What I love about Danessa Myricks palettes is that it offers formulas that we don’t often see together in a palette (multichromes, toppers, water activated liners, cream to powders, etc). For me, it’s an easier pill to swallow when buying her palettes compared to other high end cause I know I’m getting formulas that make makeup fun and spark creativity!!

I love the idea of a celeb look recreation once a month. It seems like a more laid-back type of content to make that's enjoyed by many. Monthly favorites is another good one, there's so much coming all the time, but there's genuinely great stuff coming out in the flurry, formulas are getting crazy good. Seeing new favorites in action is always super helpful.
For a ideas this year, I think it would be super fun to do a series of looks with like the color palettes/styles of famous paintings! I think it could be a really great way for you to insert more of your traditional art knowledge into your videos

I newer here so I don’t know yet what you all have done but the basics I swear are always amazing videos. Like just simply how to properly prime your face for makeup or why your concealer is creasing or why your eyeshadow comes out looking patchy and how to correct that. I always just did my makeup how I see everyone else do it (ex: cake some powder on after under eye concealer and then if it looks bad I’m just like well that’s what everyone else does so I just must be unlucky 😂) but this channel has opened me up to the fact that makeup is not one size fits all. I’m such a newbie with makeup and you are the only one I really trust and don’t feel like I’m being sold anything 😂 but also is breaking things down and explaining and demonstrating in a way that makes sense. So thank you for your channel!

a week of eyeshadow tutorials and in general as many makeup tutorials as possible would be AMAZING!! you're legit the only beauty youtuber out there who taught me how to use eyeshadow and i actually could recreate makeup looks by your tutorials!!
also i would really love to see a video on how you build your makeup looks, and what i mean by that is how you make everything look put together and blended onto each other. when i put on eyeshadow, i get completely lost at other steps and have no idea what colour my blush should be, like more red-ish, pink-ish, how intesne it should be and should i put it on my nose too cus why not.. and gosh i literally can never understand what i should do with my lips, like smth colourful or just nude, gloss or matte and end up doing somewhat of a makeup look which just doesn't really go well together? like it all looks fine seperetaly but it doesn't feel like 'a look' uknow. and yeah i can check other peoples' makeup and get ideas from there, but i don't have a big makeup collection to recreate everything they have going on and just really would love to be able to build looks from anything i own. idk maybe it isn't a problem for most of people but i just get absolutely lost while trying to do smth on my face lool

Nothing like a teaching tutorial I would love to see some "Fantasy" looks just recently The Witcher came out with a mini series that had some of the coolest makeup's something about the unique artistic sparkly looks really capture my gothic little heart I also love the really futuristic graphic makeups.
