This is not really hard choreo so for stable group with still with AR backtrack and with some post editing it's possible to sound like this. Breathing is not really always heard especially if it's group song because well trained person should stabilize breathing before their line. Of course if choreo let to do it possible.

Ruka and Ahyeon both took deep breaths while interchanging their raps. Asa's "pa pa pow" is loud and clear through the mic. Just accept that they are born talented and are trained to give out their best. You don't need to open your mouths big to sing high vocals. I suggest you go watch their "Last Evaluation" you can see how BIG they are opening their mouths☺️

Someone is wondering here in the comments, "why their lips doesn't match the volume of the voices, and they seem be lipsyncing." The reason is because they might have used the first recorded audio(or the best one), these stage performances was not recorded only one time. Most groups record their performances 2-3 times, sometimes a one shot, a close up (with a cameraman on stage), and a prerecorded shot with no fans at all. Then, they'll stick to the one audio(best ver.) to keep it live. That's why most of this music shows' perf seem perfectly shot. Doesn't mean they're not talented or don't know what they're doing. Just listen to these idols radio shows where they sing purely live or encores, you'll understand what you lookin for.
Hope this helps us understand stages and how these producers and artists utilize media.
This needs to be pinned and must become a common knowledge in KPOP. KPOP groups record these stages multiple times…
True, I saw it with babymonster ahyeon's part "let's run!" the lips not matching with the singing during their first music show video but the individual fancam showed her lips matching her singing, in conclusion multiple videos are kinda collage together before broadcasting it. This is not new as I also notice this to my bg Treasure in other award/music shows. As a yg stan, all yg groups sings live with little backtrack and gets loud especially at the last part of a song.

it's not about handling... it's about songs!!!... I love them sooooo much but they are still not ready not cuz of their vocals and stage presence as they are insane (not to mention it)... but cuz they have very few songs from which only two are able to be performed with choreography and the third one "like that" is optional as we don't know whether they include it in their songs with choreography like they did to typa girl and no one expected the amazing choreography.... and also they are not really adapted to big stages as they were still nervous in inkigyo and let them settle with small stages first so they can blast the whole world when they go to chochella... free feel to disagree if I am not right...OT7!!!🥰🥰
