Vermilion is such a beautiful song. it's my favourite track on this album. People please give it lots of love too, i feel like it's becoming the next THE ROAD from her previous album which is also my favorite track from Like Water.
I don't like The Road, but I absolutely love Vermillion!! Maybe it's less heard because it's the last song of the album, people quit before listening to the whole thingy? (on youtube music the least heard song is Best Ever... but the 4 last bsides have almost the same number of views)

Damn, the input Wendy has on HCIY is amazing ! She rightfully wanted to re-record the song even though she already recorded it in 2023, but yeah her musical actress phase had a big impact on her tone and vocal technique !

Best ever 속삭이는 창법 넘 좋네 거기에 그루브 첨가 극락이네 완전 밝은 웬디의 매력을 그대로 살린 곡 인듯 근데 직원분은 노래 왜 이렇게 잘하시지 ㄷㄷ 고음을 안쓰고 잘 부르는게 오히려 진짜 어려운거구나

I LOVE these behind the scenes recordings as Wendy & Producers pay so much attention to details on the nuisances, enunciation, and feeling behind lyrics and ad-libs. It make me feel so warm and fuzzy as I am always lead by the emotions front and forward first in a song especially if I don't speak the language.
Seeing a snippet into how my favourite parts are created is heart warming and satisfying.
I was really looking forward to this content the most as I LOVE how WENDY CODED this album is.
