I’m actually considering filming 3D alongside VR180. I think 3D is relatively dead due to a lack of good content with it. If it weren’t for flowstate in the insta360 EVO, most of the videos on TH-cam would be unwatchable. 3D’s best consumer option was the 720p Fujifilm W3. There’s talks about insta360 getting into the 3D world with 1-inch, 5.3K each sensor, so if that’s true - all of my future content will have both 3D and VR180 versions! I’ll find a way to mount them on the same clamp when I go to Disney and just record simultaneously.
@@VRcation Right.. well most people make the mistake of filming in VR180 as if it's a regular camera, and that's going to make you sick real fast. You really need to use a tripod, or just walk in as straight as possible. Car videos are OK too, if done properly. There;s a little bit of a learning curve. I do hope Insta360 come up with a better version of the EVO. I love the EVO, but they just need a slight upgrade with less compression. Let's hope for the best!

What camera is used to film?
insta360 evo, but all future videos are actually going to filmed with the Canon R5 and a binaural 3D audio setup I DIY'd
