When I turn on the game, it shows the EA Sports logo, but on top, it shows, "Extracted ISOs often don't work, play the ISO file directly." It eventually dissappears and then just black. Game doesn't start.

No entendi esto de la textura y la save data,no tienes que ponerlo en cada carpeta del psp,osea la save data con la carpeta de save data y la de textura con la carpeta de textura
Bro either you didn't correctly setup the texture or replace texture option in ppsspp app is not checked (settings/tools/devloper/). And try to watch the tutorial.
