If custom binary blocked by frp lock is it possible all the data will be there after flash..?? Or how to save data.. In most cases all the data will be deleted same like your phone.. Please advise thanks

You have to check the Xda developer website for the same
type XDA J700f roms and search the page
You will find tons of roms and kernels

Check for samsung usb drivers installed in PC. if it exists try updating or reinstalling it.
And try Samsung's OEM Data cable.. don't use 3rd party data cables.
