- Thailand is one of the best travel destinations for Indians as well as people from all over the world to enjoy this beautiful country and its culture including the Food, Nightlife, Cheap travel and Islands.
But sometimes they fall into some tourist traps or scams by a few people who are looking to make some easy money out of innocent travellers and there are just a few people like that as Majority people in Thailand are known for there kindness and are always smiling
That's why I have created this Videos where I talk about the scams that a few people had to face.
This video provides information on :-
1)How to avoid scams
2)How to report it to the Police
3) How to enjoy Thailand and stay safe and save money
In this video will also talk about some important information about Indians planning to visit Bangkok or Pattaya and the best places to travel.
This video also covers a few scams that has happened at the nightlife places such as the walking street in Pattaya where they might overcharge you on your bill and it is quite similar in Pattaya.

Do we need to show hotel booking for the entire stay while arriving? Or just entry and exit
Ideally you will have to show only exit flight tickets. They don’t ask for stay details
When you go for Scooba diving, they will ask you to put entire jewellery and wallets in buckets placed there. Please be careful. Chances of losing are high

Hi, am Indian. Now am in Goa. Never went outside South India. Am planning to go solo budget travelling to Pattaya, Thailand within/around one month. is it possible to go by road via Myanmar much cheaper then direct flight?
Howz Myanmar visa, public transport or hitchhiking nowadays?
it'll be far costlier instead take train to delhi then train to Kolkata and book air ticket 3-4 month prior to your trip it'll cost you around now 7000rs return too if you book now and also 4000rs visa on arrival
so yeah budget of 50000 is enough for your tour

In the female lady case, she purchased some item at a duty free shop. They added an additional item in her bag. She was stopped citing that the retailer store had circulated her picture citing her as a shop lifter. They checked her bags and accused her of stealing as on the receipt there was just one item purchased of that product but she had two in the bag.

Women standing on the beaches and om the walking Street outside the hotel ( Freelancers) Be careful while dealing with them because they try to say high rates and they negotiate much then. After reaching in the hotel nearby in the room they ask half of the money from you in advance and the hotel room charge which is 200 to 500 bath ..
Also they can ask you to take shower first ....Either say No shower or if you take shower then keep your purse with you. Few of them lady boy and they pretend as they are girl.
Few of them are genuine in dealing.
These outside girl will cost you ecnomjcal than bar girls....
I had observed and saw it in my last Thailand trip

This has happened with as in Bali they told as that they never seen the Indian currency they took the money to see in that dollars were also there they tooked out around 50 dollars of us this HAPPENS IN BALI INDONESIA ALSO

Arjun Sir my 30 years experience has seen much more. The one I experienced was in Bangkok where they will take you to a club it was Patpong in may case for cheap drinks and when the bill comes they will add 50 dollars as entrance fee so this is scam and then the guys comes with a knife etc. But me and y brother managed to get tourist police involved and got our 200 dollars back. Now the other scam was in Vietnam where lady boys came to me I was walking and hugged me Lovely you handsome you like you and stole my Rolex off my wrist which was fake and run away with it and same the lady boys do it in Thailand. In general it is very safe but just be careful. Do not take girls from Bar and I trust free lancer better. This also happens in New York and Las Vegas so do not be surprised.
