There is one mistake in this video YOU NEED TO PUT YOUR TOES IN TO THE STIRRUP because when the horse decides to lay down and you are in the saddle 100% you can get out your leg from the stirrup. This title actually offended me. As a rider it DOES NOT take 3 mins to learn. It takes dedication, time, pain, trust and a bond. If u do t have any of these u still need to get it and u are always learning
Some very offensive tips that aren't true in this video. As an equestrian myself, I know that you can not possibly learn how to ride a horse in 3 minutes. It takes time and dedication. You can also mount without someone holding you horse for you if you have a mounting block. If you want to learn how to ride, maybe take horse back riding lessons from a proffesional, or look it up on better channels that focus on horses.
I ride a horse that’s really stubborn and will not go on a trot, my coach tells me to kick it as hard as I can, even if I do it takes more than 5 kick for the horse to trot, what shall I do?

Try falling off a 15-16hh animal, try working with a partner that doesn't speak your language, that can kill u with its own body, horse riding is a hard sport, a helmet is NECESSARY to keep u safe n keep u from DYING

I have the same problem. Maybe when the horse trots release pressure as a reward
talk to your trainer?? not the internet??
Use verbal commands move the rein's forward try holding pressure with both legs and if that doesn't work try a riding crop
You may be holding the reigns a bit too hard, giving mixed signals. Also don't forget do verbal cues with kissing and saying trot.
you’re trainer is right you need to be mean and kick the horse hard make sure your looking forward where you want to go and keep your hands steady
