    Do you hate menu planning? Meal planning is hard - it’s so easy to waste time menu planning. Overcomplicated, elaborate plans are a waste of time
    You don’t need a menu plan, but there are 3 things you do need -
    1. You need a master list of family favorites.
    2. You need some themes for certain nights - Make planning as simple as taco Tuesday!
    3. You need to streamline your food routines - that’s going to be the focus of the next few episodes on this podcast - especially the next video about having a meal strategy rather than a meal plan you have to redo every week from scratch.

    Thank you for helping us with this!! I just paused your video and sat down and wrote up a list of easy meals in a notebook. I’ve been meaning to get back to a good routine.

    Yes! Even after nearly 22 years as a homemaker I still procrastinate when it comes to meal planning and making my grocery list. Now I have teens who give me input and it helps me have direction for when I'm indecisive. A meal plan is the only thing that keeps family meals consistent for us. Baby #6 will arrive in August and having to plan meals around my gestational diabetes and it's not fun at all. 😢

      FYI, the music is only during the introduction and outro, so you can jump to 2:13 for the episode without the podcast intro music :)

      I also agree... the volume and type of music is distracting and I always have to turn it way down, especially as I'm listening in the same room as napping baby.
