Sikyong Penpa Tsering embarked on a maiden visit to Latin American countries and met people across different social and political spectrums. While in the US, he met US Congressmen and Senators to rally support to resolve the Tibet Act. We spoke with representatives from the two regions to understand the significance of his trip.
