I had a friend who went to Norway on a business trip. He sent me a text with a pic of smalahove he got in a drive through - it was a half of a bisected Sheep's head, with what we in the US would call steak fries, and UK style mushy pies, and a plastic container of some sort of thin black sauce that looked like soy or Wo'oster.
