The face of wrath wouldnt of had any problems with the face of death. Because he wanted the transformers dead anyways, so the face of wrath could’ve benefited from the face of death
This thing should have had more development, like why did he want The Autobots and why did he help The Cybertronians? He needed more development, and not rush into a phase where most of his faces were cut off by the Wrath personality. This series was better than Siege, but it still had its flaws.
I dunno if it was better than Seige I still say that the series' biggest problem is that it's just too short and cramped together, they should have at least 10 episodes instead of 6 (it would get rid of the "all tell, not showing")
I’m glad they had the faces argue with each other. Really shows what their faces represent. But I feel this plot was underused. I don’t get what their plan was. It was ominous but there wasn’t any reveal.
@@infinitepowerTF I think the Quintessons are plotting to destroy the transformers race somehow but that specific Quintesson thought if they could show that the transformers are capable of peace like the Autobots and not just war mongers like the deceptions then they don't have to risk the survival of their race in a last ditch attempt to destroy the transformers and risk their extinction. Too bad the only sane Quintesson got his face cut off.
Kind of annoying that we’ll never know why they bothered having the autobots brought to them. Like why’d they imprison them? In G1 it’s out of spite for taking Cybertron, but they can’t do that here since the animators couldn’t be bothered to give them their sharkticons/Alicons

When such control is lost, one personality will take over… as we later see happen to Deseeus.
Quintessons: Guilty or Innocent I remember Transformers The Movie 1986, the music played during the Quintessons, Sharkticons, Hotrod (later Rodimus Prime), Kupp, Wheelie and Dinobots (in a dinosaurs form) scene was Hunger sung by Kick Axe.
Increasing the video speed to 1.25 so much improves this series as it did with the Prime Wars Trilogy...it seems that the production team which made both shows still carries on with this pacing problem.
One of the Mercenaries & Deseeus called Bumblebee the “ugly” one. He’s not ugly, but he would be more handsome if he was in his Movie look (from Michael Bay’s Transformers movies), they would call him the good-looking one or the handsome one.

My theory is that the nature of the Quintessons is a calculated moral placement to keep their five personalities in check. Deseeus strayed from that when he/she/they freed the Autobot and Decepticon precursors, but maintained mental balance by assuming a shadow of influence over their conflict. Once the shadow was wrested from their control, Wrath became the dominant personality… and then the only one.
anyone else disappointed when all the other faces were cut out? Seems like these shows introduce some interesting concepts (Alpha Trion Protocols, Quintessons etc) and just quickly get rid of them

Those guys were the Mercenaries. Besides Bug Bite, there is also Double Dealer, their leader; Exhaust, the Wheeljack lookalike; and the Coneheads (who are normally Seekers): Dirge, Ramjet, and Thrust.

Primus created the first Primes to defeat Unicron, one of the Primes created the Quintessons and the Quintessons created the cybertronians.
