Onxy C Banks ( Known as Cocoa) - is one of Second Life's most reclusively social independent artists. She enjoys dabbling in decor, scripting and is a die-hard fashion experimentalist with a sincere joy for hospitality work as General Manager at BONAIRE YanuYanu. "I was inspired to write this piece during a time where I supported an ex boss who was misleading in his interests with me. I was broken and lonely, grieving still from the loss of my mother and mistakenly looked to him for love and connection. Instead, I got to see him entertain other women and claim disinterest in me. I sat listening to Bonnie Raitt's hit ballad 'I Can't Make You Love Me' and these words came pouring out of me along with the last of the tears I would allow myself to cry over the situation. Often, rejection IS a blessing."
