I think the reason her album didnt come out during this time was because of all the work she had to put into doing victorious, so she didnt really have time to work on her own solo project
And that's why Ariana outgrown her in the music business. She's way more focused than Victoria lol
Okay now being all serious and all. Victoria was still young by the time of this interview, she was a teenager, and as you can except teenagers have a certain way to communicate. And just because she was a public figure doesn't change the fact that she was just a teenager that claimed many times that time that she didn't see herself as a famous person but as a normal person. So there's that.

You guys seriously - this is a year+ old critical comment on a video from 2010 about an "artist" who still has yet to actually release an album (yes, yes I know - it's coming out any day now, and I'm sure it will be GREAT). It's time to move on. But since we're here - I stand by my statement. If you present yourself as a public figure but can't demonstrate poise or communicate effectively, then all the talent in the world isn't going to get you where you want to be.
