Panditji is such a simple and humble person and his Tabla is reflection of this clearly. His Tabla is like him, pure, clean, calm. After listening to him audience can differentiate between flamboyance and pure..
I started learning Tabla at the age of 40. Am 46 now and going well under the guidance of my Guruji. It requires lot of practice daily. We must save our classical instrumental music. It gives a lot of peace when playing. Request more people to start learning and reap the benefits :)
PraNaam to Respected Gurujee 🙏🙏🙏 Very nice video you have prepared, I really liked the way you have edited multiple videos together....! Immense pleasure watching this valuable video !
I don't understand Hindi (or what ever people are talking in Varanasi), but my tip: learn other drums as well. I've learned Pakhavaj a bit from Shrikant Mishra in Varanasi. I hope he's still alive and well. Tabla isn't that different and Shrikant's technique looks like Anokhe Lal Jis. I've also learned Framedrum and Tonbak and playing Ghatam, Kanjeera, Cajon and now learning electronic percussion (Roland SPD-30, HPD-20). Btw. the fastest drummers playing Tonbak, not Tabla.
Agar Maharashtra ke saath koi sambandh nahi raha, to Panditji ki community ki ke saath biah/shadi karte honge ? Bas baat rasprad hein, isliye puch raha hu.
