Summer vacations are here! And if you are looking for a unique down to earth experience for your kids, I have got you one. Sharing my enriching experience at Akshayakalpa farms. This 34 acres farm is situated around 160 km from Bangalore. The site is also the dairy plant for Akshayakalpa products.
They offer farm visit and camping at their farm at a minimal cost of
Adults- INR1000 per person
Children above 5 - INR 500 per person
Children below 5 - free of cost
The farm experience is packed with enriching activities like bullock cart ride , visiting the organic garden , harvesting the organic vegetables, product sampling , visiting the cow shed,patting the animals , understanding dairy processes and other details, camping during the night, bonfire, village games for children and much more.
During the stay you get to eat fresh organic meal prepared from whatever is grown in the farm
With a lovely community atmosphere, this place is a perfect getaway specially for families with young kids as it gives them an exposure and knowledge about farm and dairy activities.
