- 段位ルール。メモ的な意味と課題修正に向けて投稿です。
この方はいつも御馴染みのアルティミシアメインの方。
なぜ、今回投稿したのかと言いますと・・・・、
ミシア対策の形が段位ルールと公式ルールとで大幅に異なる事、
このカードについて説明がこちらでは少なかったので補足的に説明したいので改めて投稿しました。
まず
１、ルールの違い。
公式ルールの場合、相手によって装備構成が異なる事やユウナアシから追撃コンが出来る事からある程度フォース攻めで優位に立てる。それに対して、段位ではミシア側も斧、アポカリプス、ヘルジャッジメントとフォースに優れている事から更に不利になってしまうということです・・・。
２、補足として
槍について
攻め方が悪いかもしれませんが、実は下のほうはミシアのガードが予想以上に固く、むしろ上のほうがやりやすい。
エアスラは矢の対策としてやや少なめに使ってます。
矢はミシアの最大の武器でもあり、これに引っかかると単独Ｈｐ，アシコン、斧でのフォース回収等等様々な攻撃に引っかかります。これに対応するには常に近接をキープし、スライドを使って距離をつけるよりあまり使わないほうが得策と言うところでしょうか・・・。＜実際は違うかもしれません＞
ブレイバーについてもかなり多めに振ってます。フォースを稼ぐ手段、スラブロ以外のＨＰダメージ手段等ですが、一番はこれしかミシアの強い攻撃から守るのが難しいと言う・・・・。
いずれにせよ、クラウドの天敵度合いから言えば最上クラスに当たるミシア。
このミシアにスマートに対応してくるクラウド使いは出てくるのでしょうか・・・・？

In this batlle, Braver was one of the helphul thing about its force.
Many Cloud players did not notice about its effect.
Double cut is famous for its force.It produce 30 Ex force.
But Braver produce 45 EX force in the max.
One of the reason to use assist Yuna is that assist Yuna can use Braver if opponent have 2 assist gage.
Assist Tidus can also use Braver after the chase.

Just you said,it is hard for Cloud to fight against Ultimicia,but in the Rank rule, it is more harder than playing under Official rule or none.
Because in the Rank rule, Ultimicia can get every force to hit Hp attacks or axe.Also, damages are very high!
In the official rule, assist Yuna can use a combo using chase so, Cloud has some advantages about EX.But, in this rule, it is very hard about EX force because Ultimicia has a lot of advantages.
In Japanan, equipping depletion is not welcomed, so every player don`t use EX or assist depletion.
In official rule, may be investing for EX build is the best way for this opponent.
Because there are little chance to hit slash blow or other brave attack.
But, using assist Yuna is strong about EX force, like combo using chase or Braver that produce 45 force.So there are some advantages.
In the rank rule, Ultimicia is good at its force like HP or axe.
It becomes very harder for Cloud.
Difficulty for Cloud:
Official (with Depletion) > Rank Rule > Official (No Depletion)
Official (with Depletion): Critical attacks favor to Ultimecia. Ultimecia using a strong Set for Ex Depletion makes it very difficult to Cloud
Rank Rule: No Critical Hits, No depletion, but a complicated way to get the 1000 Ex Force
Official (No Depletion): the number of strategies increases enough here, you can invest in EX build and start the battle with Inicial in 80%, or put a high physical damage combined
In this case, assist Aerith is one of the best assist, but Aerith can not use while opponent fail to hit. Yuna can do that.
This Ultimicia player is one of the most strongest player in Japan, most of top Cloud player can not takeing this Ultimicia down!
It is more difficult to take this Ultimicia down than you thought.
My main strategy work very well in "Official (No Depletion)": Build for Wall Rush BRV, Ex Core Apperance Boost and Initial Ex Force + 40%.
When you are ready to go into Ex Mode, use an attack to make Ultimecia hit the roof of the Stage, so then you get the combo damage. Onion attacks while you use Aerial Fang (2x) and then you end up with Slashing Blow + Omnislash.V.5. BRV Wall Rush works VERY WELL with Aerial Fang (2x) while Cloud is in Ex Mode.
In this fight, I think not use Double Cut.

Do not using double cut, and using Onion Knight assist is one of the best way to deal with Ultimicia at first sight.
However,in this battle opponent refuse to receive Hp attack as long as having assist gage. In this case, it makes more difficult to use for only for assist combo.Because Ultimicia is difficult to block assist.
Assist Yuna is useful for erasing opponent`s assist gage.
For Ultimicia,assist is one of the main sorce of hit Hp attack,
that is way I use YUna.
