I feel justice ...should also be tempered with our drive to achieve overall good for the people as a whole...As such, I feel any claims should not be based only on the idea of "right and wrong".. but on the religious and emotional signifance of the site for hindus..of course based on visual and historical evidence...I feel we cannot undo ...all the wrongs commited in the past...the blood shed and suffering endured can never be reclaimed ..But the road ahead should be based on wisdom, compromise and for nurturing goodwill and harmony..
