True, they always got bodyshaming from the haters, its good thing that you guys mentioned it bc they indeed workout before their shows or even when they have free time and they poured all of their energy into their perf everytime.. Thats why their body are slimner but healthy as horse. Rosé do pilates, weight lifting, boxing and cardio, Jennie also doing Yoga and pilates, Lisa doing cardio and boxing too, while Jisoo do yoga.

These Coachella videos is were you see how strong and what a great performer Jisoo is! She was terribly sick during Coachella and most people didn’t even notice because she didn’t let it show! She was having terrible back pains and still gave it her all! Got to appreciate her
Thats true, yes some people in certain group might in tight diet program but some like blackpink actually eat a lot but they do dance hard beside like lisa she also doing boxing as her sport of choice every week. So they thin naturally. I hope after seeing this some people who love to body shaming understand from your guys perspective. #respect that. Btw love the reaction

This is an elite group of women, they trained hard pre-debut and continue to do so!.

And then you figure before they debuted they trained for 13 days in a row all day everyday with one day off on the 14th and frankly on those days they were practicing anyways. For 4-6 years. Since they were 15/16. So their metabolisms are simply insane. The body shaming kpop artists get pisses me off. Especially in their own country. They’re either too skinny or too fat for them. It’s awful. Y’all had a good point. They’re thin. There’s nothing wrong with saying it. They’re slim athletic girls. You’re absolutely right and you’re absolutely right as to WHY they are. They eat a ton. Like a ton a ton. But they’re always working so they can’t keep weight on.
Great reaction today guys! Excellent conversation. Unfortunately, these women have caught shit from all sides whether it’s body shaming, saying they can’t sing or they don’t dance hard enough. Let’s just be clear…they are masters of putting it all together. They’re are gorgeous, they rap, sing, and dance live fluidly and area extremely stable while doing so. So many other groups are lip syncing. I’d like to suggest Forever Young and Don’t Know What To Do dance practices. There are no mvs for these songs but the tracks are dope and the choreo is fire 🔥. They won’t disappoint!

lisa thanks to her rap and her stage presence had impressed everyone at coachella.
I remember that she had become a trend on twitter, everyone called her ponytail rapper.
Peter is partially correct. Because the choreography is such a huge priority in Kpop, idols do have to be in elite shape. But unfortunately, since female idols are so scrutinized, some do go on extreme diets, especially right before a comeback. It really is a sad situation. The demands on these idols are so unreasonable that many do struggle with their mental health. Remember, these are very young performers. These facts are some of the reasons why fans are obsessively passionate and defensive, which would explain why Peter is often unjustly ridiculed for just making a tiny, harmless critique.

You don't listen to your subscribers, we've been asking them for weeks to react to the bsides and best dance practices and they don't.
We are still a small channel and we would love to get to all of the videos that are requested but unfortunately we have full time jobs and families that we have to give time to as well.
