For breakfast I always eat oatmeal with honey and eggs mixed with white rice after I workout for lunch I make a protein smoothie with unsweetened yogurt, banana, blueberries, cottage cheese an avocado honey roasted peanuts and milk. No protein powder
Would you consider making a video on how you grocery shop / meal plan?? Sometimes it’s hard to start the journey while feeling loss or overwhelmed with the amount of food choices/ meal ideas and then you either over buy or don’t buy enough!!
Yes definitely!! I personally have never really meal prepped before bc I always like to switch up my meals but for grocery shopping I def always like to make sure I incorporate certain foods in my meals, Ill def do a video on it🥰🙌🏼

I'm a little late to the party but I finally tried the spinach wrap and GURL YOU POPPED OF WITH THAT RECIPE. SO GOOD!!! I'm usually more of a sweet breakfast girl but this is filling aswell as super tasty

I’ve tried the breakfast sandwich which the avocados, tomatoes, eggs etc & I’ve tried the strawberry yogurt breakfast. All of these are a 10/10!

Some super great ideas I’ll deffo be trying!! For number 8 the banana smoothie I’d recommend freezing the banana before (peeled and kept in a sandwich bag/container) it makes it sooo much thicker n creamier

With the weight scale place the bowl on top of scale then turn it on then put almonds in to measure. It will start at zero if you already have the weight of the bowl on the scale when it is off. Recipes are amazing by the way. 👍👏 ❤

The peanut butter you use has added fats and sugar ...use natural peanut butter ( like trader joe's) has only ground peanuts and salt or unsalted
A suggestion would be to use a food scale for more accurately measure as 1 cup of yogurt and other things might contain a bit more calories by just eyeballing it, than the serving size in grams or oz. Remember when packaging they are weighted. Great video though and food looks yummy. Thanks for sharing. 🙂
Everything looks really good! the only thing I would change is to eat the entire egg as the vitamins minerals and protein are in the yolk. Otherwise everything looks amazing ❤
