My form of brain fog is short term memory issues like within 5 sec to 3 minutes I can’t remember what I just had in my brain it’s gone - not long term but super recent short term. I feel like losing my mind. Working memory they call it and something else that I forgot what it’s called. Lol. I also think it’s about exposure to internet addiction and dopamine reward issues vs all about perimenopause.
Spot on again! I'm going through everything you are talking about in this video such as constant brain fogs. Eye problem . Standing in the room thinking what did l came hear for its a nightmare for me at this minute . Bless you 🙏👍 and l keep thinking about the pass
I know this is not funny but you made me laugh when you say you're standing in the room thinking what did you go in there for, because it happens to me too, and it's scary, I think it's early signs of Alzheimer's. I pray we all pass through this faze quickly 🙏
Thank you so much, this is very very helpful for me, I'm experiencing this exact situation and it scares me a lot, because my mom has Alzheimer's. And I'm very worried for myself. I'm 51 yrs old and going through perimenopause. You made me feel relief. You have such a soothing and comforting voice that make me feel relax. God bless you.
I never believe that I will be cured permanently from Tmau disease after using all kinds of body wash 🧴 and some treatment there was no solution. After using herbal medicine from Dr.Auchi on TH-cam channel for 3 weeks I was cure permanently from Tmau disease 🦠 without having it back again. I’m forever grateful to you sir…🙏🏻🙏🏻
Brain fogs are scary at times.....I have experienced a few of them ever so often and at times can be embarrassing even though they do not last for too long.....thanks Eileen for another fantastic vlog.....knowledge is power👏👏👏

I love your beautiful spring sweater and the colour of your hair is gorgeous. I think you look even better now than years ago. You inspire me. My brain fog reminds me of when I was pregnant. The other day I had a panic attack because I couldn't find something very important. I found it! lol
Thank you so much for your lovely comment Sherri! I'm always losing things but they do usually turn up somewhere; lost my front door key the other day and eventually found it underneath my food waste bin, no idea how I managed to do that :)
Hi Elieen My mum has been having sudden mood changes and I have no idea how to act around her. Her body temperature is constantly changing. I would appreciate it if you can give me some advice on how to act around my mum and things to avoid when approaching a woman with Menopause . Keep up the amazing work !! Many thanks, Rahnuma :)
Hi Rahnuma I think the most important thing here is to talk to your mum in a quiet moment and ask her how she is feeling, sometimes all that's needed is for them to know that someone is willing to listen to them. Maybe even have a daily catch-up over a cup of tea and let her chat. Hope this helps. Best Wishes Eileen
All the sudden I can’t spell! Now I have never been extremely strong in spelling but now I find it difficult to even picture a word in my head. It’s weird I am hoping this is Perimenopause and not the onset of a bigger issue.
Hi Eileen, cant thank you enough..this info is a life saver. What about chia seeds in water..they have omega 3 ? I experience pressure in my heart and also dizzy feelings in the mornings..these symptoms are new after I managed to reduce all the night sweat hot flushes through applying so many of your tips. The first thing I did was breathing.
You're welcome, glad to be of help! Yes, chia seeds can be a good addition to the diet, I grind mine and add to yogurt but you can make a 'porridge' just adding plant milk, fruit juice or water. Palpitations and dizziness is common first thing and often due to dehydration/low blood sugars/low magnesium so try a small shot glass of warm water just before bed, have a good snack about an hour before bed (protein/fat, not carb/sugar) and take a magnesium supplement, approx 200mg, with your evening meal. Great to hear that the breathing has helped! Best Wishes Eileen
Low carb can help. "Little and often" can increase insulin resistance. The brain can run off carbs or fat (ketones). Low carb denver and low carb Sydney on TH-cam can offer information on this.
What does intermittent fasting have to do with this? Because as much as I have had a more high protein low carb diet it seems to have only made it worse. Maybe I’m not getting enough carbs to my brain. It thought that diet would be helpful for insulin resistance but it seems to have made it worse in the last year of Intermittent fasting.
Hi I tend not to recommend IF as it can affect blood sugar levels, which are often unstable during the menopause anyway. However, some women have told me it works really well for them so I guess it depends on your own individual metabolism Best Wishes Eileen
Am going through it now and i can tell you i have never been scread of anything more than this.i keep thinking im losing my mind. Its horrible cant think. Its been 3 months of brain fog cant take it. Does anyone know how to get rid of brain fog
