The cone explosion is only effective if your enemies are in a row, like a collateral. Not the best, but if you can line people up, it can be pretty rewarding. Oh, and I've got the Banshee- Doppler, it's definitely not as good as the Siren.
Hey eliteshot, since you said you don't know what the cone explosion on the RV-N Blowout does: You can kill multiple enemies in one hit if they are close to each other in one row. However, it needs to be a directional hit. Hope this helps.

It happens a lot in my games. This started occurring after they applied the update that allows you to rotate your rig character. Now we know why they didn't have the rotation from the start, because shit like this can happen.
