This a WOW property. It has everything that you could ever want or wish for. Its finished to a very high standard. All the rooms are spacious with high ceilings. This is definitely a luxury vacation rental. The price...the property is beautiful and a new build, I can't fault it at all but there are similar properties you have shown with more land space which don't cost as much as this one. Looking at the surroundings, its they are definitely using the location ( walking from the pool to the beach as a selling feature) as its selling point. Again as ive said before, realtors need to be careful when listing at these prices because it maybe ptiched at a price where buyers wont bite and leaving it difficult to sell without reducing it. It is a beautifully built contemporary property.
