Ingredient for 650g kalakand:
Doodh - 2 liter (dairy milk buffalo best hai)
Cheeni - 200g
Hydro / Rangkat - 1 small pinch
Citric Acid / Nimbu Sat - 1 tsp (ya lemon juice 1 tbsp)
Pani - 1/4 cup
Elaichi Powder - 1/4 tsp
Ghee - tray grease karne ke lie
