    Another great session your mate in the native I see he's got boondox I've just got a set yet to put on the pa14 does he like them also do you have a moter on your rear yak and what battery do you guys use

      I also have the boondox and loved it until the weight got too much and started to bulge underload. So I have retired it and now using the railblaza c-tug R. You probably don't want to hear this but I personally wouldn't use it, not unless you are really careful with how much weight is placed on it. I even created a larger custom backing plate to fit into the kayak to spread the load but even then it just couldn't handle it. So it was safer just to convert over to the c-tug r and not have any worries. Hobie really need to start innovating as the scupper carts were great at the time, now everyone carries a lot more gear and you'll see more scupper cracks in the forums. The horizontal bar on the ctug R does a great job in distributing the load.
      I have a torqeedo 403 electric motor which came with a large battery that will last all day if you don't go full throttle constantly. Expensive unit but I can't see myself fishing without it.
