Subscribed. Yes I remember it well... as a teen I felt in prison of mum and dad, lol... and liked rebellion. In my sixth decade now and still unhappy x

Big fan of your content mate. Would be awesome if you could make a video about the reality of crime in Cornwall. It’s one of Northern Europes poorest regions and having grown up there the small towns are full of crime. Would be interested to hear you perspective and experience of it. Cheers

I remember this very well. A mate of mine was up on the roof. (miss ya Jonah, RIP mate) And a few of us were mooching about Southall/Carnarvon St (We grew up very close to the prison) watching the fun and the daft bastard was shouting out and waving at us :D
The dibble was giving us the side eye but never said nowt.
The place was a Victorian shithole and if you got nicked and was looking at no bail, you were praying for Bootle St, cos at least you had access to a toilet to shit in and they'd get you decent food if you had the cash to pay for it.
They used to Largactil (liquid cosh) anyone who 'stepped out of line' and that shit fucked you up for days.

I know, however its from old English. The land used to be scrub land. It means grass near stream or something
