Hello Robert!! Another amazing house tour once again!! Where shall I begin with the things that stood out during your thorough walk through.
First I have to say that whomever is the builder of this beautiful home that chose the color hardwood floors in the kitchen and living room deserve a huge pat on the back!! Those hardwood floors makes the room look dazzling!!
I am a big fan of the right chosen color hardwood floors that gives a home a grand feeling!! And this house had the perfect hardwood floors!!! What can I say about those large windows throughout the first floor area!!! Simply stupendous!!!!
The large windows made the house look larger in size and the bright light coming through each window was great!!! No need to turn on any light in that house during the day or some parts of the evening during the night!!
The design pattern chosen for the bathroom with the tub on the first floor, along with some of the hardwood floor design that was used on the ceiling and the panels on the ceiling was nothing short of extraordinary!!!
The large walk in shower was flawless!!! The subway tiles used in the bathroom on the first floor that extended from the faucet system to the walk in shower was well thought out and looked dazzling!!
I can't say enough about the outside choice of furniture used along the patio and beyond the steps going down into the back yard!!! Good luck keeping those furniture from getting wet when it rains!!!
As you walked up those stairs to the second part of the home!! I could not help but notice those out of this world white panels along the wall!!! Simply astounding!!! Those panels captured my attention immediately!!! KUDOS!!!!
That idea to place a television outside on the patio with seating is a little bit of a toss up!! I don't really see the point of doing such a thing!! But everyone has their idea and taste in a home!! I almost forgot about those large wooden beams on the ceiling on the first level bedroom was a great touch!!

More high priced Texas real estate too close to neighbors. These builders need to spread out the housing. Buying a house for 2 milli without any land to show for it is a waste of money.

I have no idea most builders order their furniture from many different stores. If you like specific furniture, I can ask them about the store or brand.

Yes! Costs of building a house in Texas almost doubled in 2021/2022. If you would like to build a custom house, it will cost you around 250-400$ depends which part of Texas
I liked the house a lot but 2 million and it doesn’t have a pool that’s what stuck out to me
This house was probably 699 in Travisso 2 yrs ago. Smh. Would’ve even buy it all cash.

No, it’s not the base price for all upgrades you see in the video. Houses in this community start at 900k on the 70’ section and $463k on the 45’ section

It’s always good to read the description under the video, sir. This builder offers homes from $1,4, model home in the video is only to show the quality and materials that the builder provides. This one would cost around $2M to build. The reason I’m posting the lowest price it’s that someone might be looking for smaller square footage and a similar design. I hope you have a fantastic day. Ps. I had a terrible experience with a car salesman as well in the past. I’m transparent with my business - I’m sorry it causes any confusion. Toll brothers usually get everything right. This was not it! Any new home over 1 mil in Texas better have a pool, hot tub, or at the very least infinity pool. Better Privacy. This house only feels like 650k to 750k.
Would agree with you 2-3 years ago. Not today. Thank you for watching 🙏 $1,000,000 it’s not a lot of money anymore in good neighborhood in Texas. To build a nice infinity pool you need to spend around $150k. For better privacy? Bigger lot? 300-400k… To build custom 250-350$ per Sqft.
$650k in Austin is just a regular house under 2500 Sqft right now

Not everyone wants to cut 1-2 acres of grass. We sold many houses in this community, and no one was complaining about lot sizes or price 😀
