That was the information I gathered personally from LTFRB, not from grab. As of now galing ako dun last month - sabi nila 2023 na din inaaccept nila. :) some information from grab pages/website are not updated. Such as COC requisitions, Garage requirements, etc

there are a lot of factors. 1. Bank matters (there are na you have to pay 2-3months advance before they will give you or approved the things ltfrb required from the bank) 2. Insurance - this also depends on the bank (may iba strict and medyo mapili sa insurance so it will dif. break a bank for ordinary people (20-35k) Prep nalang po nang 40k-50k if walang advance, but if mayroon ad 3months amort. nung car mo. and if the bank requires you advance payments, they will also increase the amort of the car but in shorter span
