Not necessarily. A super fan is someone who is just extremely passionate about the singer/band etc and attends many concerts and events. However the difference between a super fan and a stalker is that stalkers go out of their way to follow that person and invade their personal space and be extremely/unhealthily obsessed. Meeting your favorite singer coincidentally or frequently doesn’t make you a stalker
