they have some more empowering songs like woman’s world, joan of arc and strip. Check them out! They are really well written and the girls wrote them themselves. They have really different songs. For example: confetti will have some some RnB kinda songs

I feel like the “dooo dooo” is the pre chorus. So pre chorus verse (jade), pre chorus then verse (jest), then pre chorus ...then the actual chorus, then pre chorus verse (Perrie) then pre chorus then the chorus ....then the bridge when they’re singing “on and on and on...to Leigh-Anne’s” .....

That’s so unfair. But I think they have enough of a cult following, they should hire a team of marketers that they trust to help promote them. I heard they are huge in the UK as well ✨
This song was inspired by the kpop song structure. It’s verses, prechorus, and chorus. Then repeat, bridge and then chorus.
The “ddu ddu ddu” is more of a buildup. Not a chorus. A chorus indicates the main point of the song. Hence why they’re singing “he used to sing me sweet melodies “ that’s the chorus. :) hope I could help! You should check out BlackPink! It will introduce you into the kpop song structures and differences between our style and the states style.

It’s from her 2015 album confident and wasn’t a single or anything, you could maybe class it as a ballad, although the production is quite powerful. but it is sooo powerful and so sad considering it’s about her teenage friend who committed suicide.
It’s a very moving song, I think you’d love it.

I agree Lionheart is awesome but I’m pretty sure it was given to her, the song was written (among others) by Ina Wroldsen, the singer of ‘Breathe’ or ‘How Deep Is Your Love’. I think Demi said that she dedicates it to her dog that passed away during the time of the recording.
