- Hi guys! Welcome to this house building video in the Sims 4. Today I'm building Dune. This is an ultra modern villa on the beach. I focused a lot on the interior in this build and in this video I'll explain how to make your own custom made fireplaces in the game.
I've built this house on a 64x64 lot in Brindleton Bay, the world that came with the Cats & Dogs pack for the Sims 4. I hope you'll enjoy the video!

I love this, and I moved my sim in. He keeps getting a negative buff that says he thinks it's poorly decorated. CLEARLY he has no taste.

oh also for custom fireplaces, i have discovered that you can size them down and raise them up like one or two times before they become usable. same with chairs and sofas. you can size them down and raise them up 2 spaces and they still work. this is how i make porch swings with the new hanging plants! :)

The style which the house follows remember a lot the work of Oscar Niemeyer, a late brazilian architect who did project the capital os his country .Congrats you're amazing builder
I love the color scheme in the interior. The soft green adds a much needed color without it being overstated.

I’ve always had this idea in the back of my head of a regular house with the attic floor split by an outdoor area, particularly with a lot of greenery. To elaborate, this is from a picture I saw ages ago. The arches of the roof were perpendicular to the face of the house (opposite from this build). If you’re facing the face of the house then you’d see that the middle of the roof had a section missing where instead there was a walkway from the left and right sides of the house. In the picture I saw this was used as a balcony but I’ve got this image of my head of it being a greenhouse, where instead of the roof missing a section, the middle section was turned into a glass roof. Perhaps this could give you some inspiration!
Another thing that struck me just now. Maybe something like a cat tree? I recall making a cat tree house in Minecraft and having a lot of fun with it.
This was on my recomended and i checked out your Channel cuz I love Sims Channel and i Loved your Building Technique!!💕💕
Honestly I am unable to come up with an actual request right now, but one thing that I'd like to see if possible is one of these unique houses like cliff house or this kind of really cool roofing house but for a family? I'd love to use one of your houses for my sim once she makes it but I want her to have kids lmao

Oasis Springs does have a 64x64 lot, it's the community park...dunno if you can change the lot type for it. Never tried.

Cooool I love the shapes! I'd like to challenge you even more: a truly minimalist build! You don't really see those done by simmers but I'd love to!
