If i could give you a thousand likes i would! Your videos and your kindness along with love of these wonderously majestic horses brings tears to my eyes. Thank you always.
Each horse is clearly educated according to his ability and needs at that moment. That can help tremendously with giving such horses a secure future as he/she is safe sensible and fun to drive and as such they are much more likely to be kept and cared for properly in all ways Long may you continue to drive and teach some younger folk to carry on the same into the future
This Andelusian seems to have a great mind on him. As well as being a great moving horse and well put together, his mind strikes me as one of wanting to trust, but it takes a bit for you to prove to him, that you are worthy of that trust. I have one in for rehab right now, that I have to build trust with. And I do it by sitting in the doorway with his grain on the floor beside me. After 1 week of doing this, he is starting to trust. Will take a bit, as right now he is on stall rest for another week, then we can do 2 daily hand walks around, then I'll really see what his personality is like as the bute will be being weaned off. Best Regards from Ontario, Canada, Jenn.
Hispano is a beautiful looking Horse ,sorry about that mishap he went through but there is one sure thing , You have given him his confidence back ,and that doesn't come as any suprise to me as you are the Great teacher of behaviour problems Plus everything besides ,your the world's greatest Teacher and we love you Barry.💖 Thank you for that Great ride with you,and all the very informative information.🐎🐎🐎
I'm so angry, not sad, but mad, all my young life from 1969-1999, I wanted to learn how to drive a team of horses, yet I had no one to show me how to achieve that goal, not unless I had the big bucks, People can. either love or hate youtube, however, there's no doubt that you really learn something real here. Thanks
May I suggest a pair of gloves for you ? They are called hands on @hands on .com . I use them on my dogs and cats ,but they were made for equine , or anything that sheds .
Hi Lucas, not sure which clip you meant he looked a little lame on, but don't worry - he's fine 'in the flesh'. He was thoroughly checked over by a vet after his accident, including trotting up for identifying lameness. Thank-you for your concern though!
That's a fine, sensitive animal with a lot of "try" in him. :) I'd *love* to sit behind him in a light cart!
Godspeed, and good luck to him!

What a grand workshop you have Barry.. Thank you for giving us another most educated tour..
Barry Hook you are a magical horseman. I have horses and I’d have been freaking out over the traffic - and my horses would pick up on it of course.
I love the understanding you have for your horse!!
He’s well commanded by verbal instruction...brilliant work Barry.
A lovely talk, and great to see. You've convinced me .. no ground driving with scary things... Ride or hook up and drive. Thank you
What a good boy!!
You are a good man. I don't know how you do what you do. I have more anxiety around noisy traffic than your horses do.🤎
Thanks for giving us a bit of back ground in the description box as well. Helps to know what the initial issue was =)

He looks just a little lame on the right hind.
