super nice play bro! just curious, how did you guys manage to get the arcade recording setup? is it as simple as plugging in a capture card to the sdvx pc, or having to hook up a separate laptop to the cab and recording off that?
@@min_808 cant speak for any exact details as i didnt install the hardware for this location, but help chipped in for one of the cabs here, and was installed with permission. Im sure the hardware is similar to another location's setup so: iirc there's a capture card (ofc), a dp splitter, a 3.5mm male to female audio splitter, An active DP to HDMI cable, and a 3.5mm audio cable connected to capture card and audio splitter. A long USB 3.0 cable is also needed so you can hook up a laptop or whatever you will use to record from it. either way, you are better off looking and asking somewhere else if you want to know how.
@@RDBomber i see, thanks for the response! it seems like it's a little more complex than i thought it would be. i was considering asking my local arcade for permission to see if i could get a recording setup done but I'll probably ask around for more info before diving in. also, I've seen footage from another person streaming sdvx at a location that looks like this, is this round1 hym? anyways i really appreciate the reply, you're pretty goated at the game
@@min_808 yeah its hym. on another note: there is a camera on the cab that can be used as a handcam. it's not used for anything in game afaik. if you are able to connect that to your pc, it should just show up as a video device in obs, and camera settings work too. It works kinda well, if you adjust the exposure and other settings right, although lighting could be a problem (the forementioned settings can help mitigate it) that's the only other thing i forgot to note. gl on getting it set up btw.
hes back lets fucking go!
Crazy score dude gg😊
