I wonder: Suppose you keep the car intact, what would be the total cost of a single run? In maintenance, crew salaries, fuel cost, track fees...? Maybe 500 dollars? or a 1000? Or even more? Looks like a pricey hobby to me!
It costs about $1000 per second to run a top fuel dragster if it is a home project car and it’s a standard engine then it’s not that expensive.
