Brother. What. A. Story. You were a highlight at the Borderland up by the Hills when you and some others entered the open stage. Wifey got her Jojk and i got my Throatsong - just what we wished for. Me even finding this vid and the message it brings comes in very, very synchronistic in my life. Perhaps the dream you had will create ripples none of us can comprehend 🤩

Oh I absolutely love this. I randomly came across a video on Instagram showing the moment and it gave me SO MUCH JOY. I love the connection, energy and freedom expressed in that moment- it was truly beautiful and brought a big smile to my face. And when I searched for it on TH-cam to see the full moment I came across this video. You seem like a very genuine, warm, kind-hearted and authentic soul and I thank you for sharing the journey that got you to that moment. I find that singing and dancing are truly the most raw expressions of our deepest souls. (I’m a singer by trade and dancer at home 😂) Wishing you the best on your artistic journey!!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
I will be uploading more videos with my dancing. With theory, I drew most inspiration from Sufism. With practice, it was yoga and later ecstatic dancing. I danced a lot by myself at home and only after some months I went to my first ecstatic dance event and I remember how deep I went, oh my god, so much joy. And I received a lot of praise from others there. Such a wonderful first experience of going out.
