You missed this entirely. She is singing to her husband on his deathbed. His vision is already fading and is represented by the tunnel vision of the video from its inception. She is at his bedside looking down at him and you see his limited vision of her. He has apparently asked her for forgiveness and this is her response. As she gets stronger and more deliberate in her condemnation his vision of her turns to color and at the end her rhythm becomes syncopated to merge with the sound of the cardiac monitor which then flatlines as he dies unforgiven. This is one of the most original videos ever created not to mention that she wrote this song and the performance , as you have indicated, is spectacular.
