Thanks for the updates, Marc. In Surrey BC there are so many new build condos that nobody’s buying. The prices are ridiculous, 1 million for 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. Strata is $0.60 per square foot, which is another mortgage for life.
If I set up a recurring buy for certain stocks through my tfsa is it ok? or is that too frequent. I am not selling just buying kinda like my personal SIP
@@beaviswealth it is not illegal. I remember my kids tried to negotiate the rent in Vancouver and the landlord said “Look, I got another offer paid cash for 1 year, but still wait for his credit history”. Yes, some people have money and are willing to pay.
