G'day Schuey just watched this vid and although I'm never a fan of Parmigiana ( had enough disappointments at the pubs) That looks so yummy even im tempted to seriously try this.
Most of the recipes don’t need eggs shells?? 🤣🤣 awesome video mate!! I can taste that sauce from here! That’s what really mates a parma sing hey!!! Love it

@@SchueysBBQ Winter has come early where I live (northeast us), and it's getting too cold for grilling now, but if we get a warm snap, I'll definitely be trying it. It looks so good and my sister loves chicken parm, she'd love it even more off the grill. Never saw anyone do it the way you have. Most brilliant you are.👍🏼
