Towards the end it got so horrible with a police started being called. She of course blamed me for the things that she did, and unfortunately, the police believed her the vast majority of the time. I messed up and lost all credibility with one horrible mistake. Maybe the lawyer guy is seeking money. Probably he is. But I can say that being around my ex really destroyed my mental health. I could not bring myself to leave because I was afraid for the safety and well-being of her kids. Everyday was damage control and risk assessment. She got a protective order against me, which really is bad, but it open the door of opportunity for me to get away from her. I'm trying to see the bright side but I'm still afraid for the kids, and now I have to show up in court with all of my recordings and journals to discredit her intent. I'm kind of scared to even listen to the recordings or read the journals. It sends me into a panic like I'm reliving it. this judge had domestic violence charges dismissed. Sounds sadly familiar to me.
Had he did what you suggested by not talking to her she would have been free to harm many more citizens. I’m happy he had the courage to prove she didn’t deserve her position.

MRLBOYD, I sincerely hope you read this think about what you're saying for a second ... she is a sitting circuit court judge and he is a homosexual assistant to whatever desk he is employed by. He said himself that he recognized her power hungry behavior and the way she could go sideways on people that weren't necessarily friendly with her or had something on her. So I fully understand his "befriending" attempt to stay out of a crosshairs and his gathering of inappropriate evidence to protect his own ass. And I hear you say that he needs to turn her in and hopefully she'll deal with the process just like everybody goes through her courtroom does well did you skip over the part where it said her domestic violence charge was dismissed earlier so obviously no she won't go through everything like a defendant would in her court. Also, I really doubt anything he could even come up with to say true or not about her would negate her influence and power such judge enough to protect his job or his ass even. She has to be caught red-handed in the act. until then, in order to not become viewed as a complicit compadre in her inappropriate abuse of the bench, he has to collect evidence against her to present once the appropriate authority is due become aware. He really couldn't do anything otherwise cuz the way the chain of command rolls when there is a grievance or problem with a superior is you're supposed to go up that chain not directed to the top You're supposed to go up that chain and she would have been a rung on that ladder and it's by design just like a civilian reporting an officer for violations it's by design that that individual or that individual's direct superior has a chance to sweep it away and claim in his investigating report that the matter is being handled internally, if there are no further accusations or events.
