Yes, He is 100% Korean, And this song is in japanese, becaues, most of the korean artist's know fluent japanese, in school u learn japanese, and if u are a artist like Bi or Leehyori they have to know fluent japanese because they are travelling a lot to japan and doing live tour and such, and they released music to the japanese people on the japanese laungage :) Sry for my bad english lol, but this is the truth :)

I was thinking to myself. I am listening to a Japanese version of this song. Interesting he sings in Korean and in Japanese much better than the English version. I was born and raised in Korea, love the music that comes from Home. I often wish they were not trying to be so "American" because Korean music has it's own beauty and uniqueness. =)
