I’ve snatched up my son’s tees that he’s outgrown…they were all thrifted so they had a head start. Love those tiny holes….for a summer breeze.

I so agree with the young woman at 9:47 who works in fashion and said that was her philosophy. She was wearing what she called a beige “schmata.” Or a very chic little dress & Chanel sandals.
I never knew they were called schmatas!
schmata is actually from Polish language and is used in reference for a piece of cloth you clean the floor with, in the context of clothes, it indicates is nothing special, serves a utilitarian purpose only.
