I can't begin to describe how in debt I am to Rancid. They first introduced me to punk rock, and it has made me who I am today. My taste in punk genre is more vast now, but I will forever love Rancid, no matter how much shit I get for it from the Leftover Crack'ish fans.
I was hit by a car five years ago. Fortunately with few physical damages, but I needed care anyway. And I was very lucky to have my girlfriend to take care of me, with my boss, a nurse friend. I always remember how lucky I was with them by my side.
Don't worry about me I'm gonna make it alright Got my enemies cross haired and in my sight I take a bad situation gonna make it right In the shadows of darkness I stand in the light Ya see it's my style and I'll keep true I had a bad year but I got through I've been knocked out, beat down, black and blue She's not the one coming back for you She's not the one coming back for you If I fall back down You're gonna help me back up again If I fall back down You're gonna be my friend If I fall back down You're gonna help me back up again If I fall back down You're gonna be my friend It takes disaster to learn a lesson We're gonna make it through the darkest nights Some people pretend to make a reason But that one make everything alright Well the rest of times they don't face me Even if I look and act pretty crazy On my way down she betrayed me Now my vision is no longer hazy See I'm very lucky to have my crew They stood by me when she's through I've been knocked out, beat down, black and blue She's not the one coming back for you She's not the one coming back for you If I fall back down You're gonna help me back up again If I fall back down You're gonna be my friend If I fall back down You're gonna help me back up again If I fall back down You're gonna be my friend If I fall back down You're gonna help me back up again If I fall back down You're gonna be my friend If I fall back down You're gonna help me back up again If I fall back down You're gonna be my friend If I fall back down You're gonna help me back up again If I fall back down You're gonna be my friend If I fall back down You're gonna help me back up again If I fall back down You're gonna be my friend
I was there. Had laryngitis. Poured down all the time I was there. Left in the stadium for hours afterwards. Dumped in the city miles from my hotel and nervously made my way back, ducking into doorways when I heard a Vespa approaching. Great day.
oh! I never knew that, that explains the way he sings on the Rancid/Nofx split. I was always confused about the way he said "Abw-eet" instead of "About" on Bob, sounded so out of place. Thanks for the info.

@@leastmilk6298 Mike Anthony, a friend of the band. He passed away sadly 2 years ago...
anyone know where i can get the tabs for this acoustic version? i cant find the acoustic version anywhere...
this song is really awesome!! one of my favourite...
but personally i prefer lars voice rather than tim!!
They are both great!!!
couldnta said it better
@thislovethishate1000 why
That like is for the profile picture
i thought this was about brody
deathvalleyfob, it's how he had all his family friends by his side after his marriage went to hell. They were there when Tim needed them.
Also Lars wife left him before this album came out and matt was battling cancer
tim's voice hurts me
The garbage man throwin down
Normally I'd tend to agree but I really don't think he is suited to acoustic. His voice live is tremendous and one of the best in rock n roll.
yeah im sure Rancid would be from any of those other ones. cmon now.
See ya in the pit
indestructible (2003)
who the fuck is jim?
Tim just doesn't suit acoustic versions. He has one of the best most unique voices in music but acoustic doesn't work.
The vocals on this arent great
