I'm an ex runner, and I made banana smoothies with peanut butter after a run. Also, you can take the pit out of the date blend in your blender with a little water, and it makes a date paste. You can add it into smoothies already in a paste state. I make batches, and I put it in a jar and keep it in the fridge. It lasts a couple of months and longer if you freeze it.

FYI I wouldn't recommend soy to men it's nothing but estrogen... I personally don't consume soy, gluten or dairy products not good for my body.
