I have my hair natural too and occasionally I wear wigs but it is good to give yourself a break from wearing wigs and let your head breathe. My tip on keep my natural healthy is making sure it is well condition when I wash my natural hair and after washing, I towel dry and I use these two products : IC Olive Mosturizing Shine Serum to detangle and use a blow dryer to straighten my hair a bit since my hair shrink a lot after washing. Then I use IC Carrot Serum by squeezing some in my hand and apply all over my hair and really working through to the ends. Then I do a protective hair style by parting my hair in rows of square and twisting my hair. Then you can either keep your hair twisted and style as you pleased or unravel the twist after they have set and style as you pleased. Your hair will be left feeling soft and silky for two weeks or a month depending on how frequently you want to wash your hair. I guess depending on the temperature and weather. During the summer maybe every two weeks and during the winter time every month.

I'm pleased one of you enjoyed eating Shush: you asked If any of us viewers like eating Sushi, and to give our comments; I am sharing this with you because I eat it once, stopped eating Shushi and read that becauseit's uncooked fish, too much acidity and I read that long-term disadvantages:. Can causes Listeria, salmonella and harbours harmful bacteria and parasites in the gut. I don't know what the advantages are! It's good for you to Google it.

It protects your hair from heat damage and other styling that can pull out your natural hair! It’s nothing to be ashamed of! Do what makes you happy and don’t let other people make decisions for you!
