I have a One Plus 7T, and it had the same crash dump issue. First, I took the phone to the official One Plus service center, and they told me that there was some hardware issue and that the only option left was to get the entire motherboard changed, which would result in complete data loss.
So, I did a bit of research, and I landed upon this TH-cam video. Thank you for providing the phone number along with the address in the description. I sent my phone to Sunil Dutt. He repaired it within a day and couriered it back to my address. And all my data is still there.

i had the error qualcom crashdump error "fatal exceptiondie"....It happened suddenly when i was playing game...After that, the phone constantly in bootloop...is it a hardware problem?

I had same problem.
Showed it in local repair store and he fixed jt whithin an hour, told me about ram reballing,
But he also said that the phone will work only for a few days and then it will be dead again, and that i should buy a new phone. Pls help, can i keep my phone long term??
