Where you been? Been wondering if you were even alive these days. Your heels used to sit completely flat when the boot was set down, now the back edge is floating in the air. Why is that? Beside that, fine workmanship on the rest of the boot. Good hearing from you with a video after more than a year.

Had to learn to sew to fix stuff, modern way of de-skilling everything is so shortsighted. You're a bit far away to send boots to, I'm in U.K.Very few people I trust to work on my boots ,but found one.
