بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم (‘) أَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَ (‘) وَوَضَعْنَا
عَنْكَ وِزْرَكَ (‘) الَّذِي أَنْقَضَ ظَهْرَكَ (‘) وَرَفَعْنَا لَكَ
ذِكْرَكَ (‘) فَإِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا (‘) إِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ
يُسْرًا(‘) فَإِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَانْصَبْ (‘) وَإِلَى رَبِّكَ فَارْغَبْ
“biz senin için(mutluluğu) gögsünü açmadıkmı?.Senden yükünü
indirmedikmi? O senin sırtını ezen yükü.Senin şanını yüceltmedik
mi?.Demek ki zorlukla beraber bir kolaylık vardır.Evet,zorlukla beraber
bir kolaylık vardır.O halde boş kaldın mı yine kalk(başka bir iş ve
ibadetle)yorul.Ancak Rabbine yönel”
بِسْمِ اللَّـهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

کیا ہم نے تمہارا سینہ کشادہ نہ کیا (1) اور تم پر سے تمہارا بوجھ اتار لیا، (2) جس نے تمہاری پیٹھ توڑی تھی (3) اور ہم نے تمہارے لیے تمہارا ذکر بلند کردیا (4) تو بیشک دشواری کے ساتھ آسانی ہے، (5) بیشک دشواری کے ساتھ آسانی ہے (6) تو جب تم نماز سے فارغ ہو تو دعا میں محنت کرو (7) اور اپنے رب ہی کی طرف رغبت کرو (8)
