I think Cipher doesn't work the way you want it to, since the keyword mentions you have to encode the "spell card." Still worth running it for sure tho

Nice! I would add glint horn Buccaneer and Sharkryder dude to damage opponents for us discarding cards!! I have an anhelo deck just a spell slinging deck but too slow and boring. This seems insanely fun

Wheels is definitely one of my favorite ways to play and those are some solid includes you mentioned!! Also don’t forget field of the dead super useful land in this deck!
