I enjoy the "condos for sale" videos a lot. In the future, I'd like to request the pricing on each, and something that I every rarely hear, the monthly maintenance fees (which can vary wildly I hear). Thank you very much for sharing these condos!!

The 3rd one is really beautiful. If it was just me, I would pick the first one. As a couple, I will pick the 3rd.
Great video - If you could include the size of the condo's in square metres or square feet that would be very useful too - the older units are typically much larger then the newer ones so 2 bedder in a new development is much smaller than an older one in many cases.

Had no idea the condo above us on the 7th floor at Siritara Condo was so nice. We have a place there where we spend Nov to April. Good video!!! Another very nice place to eat is Saen Kham Terrace off the Canal Road.
Very convenient to live in the Condo, low maintenance cost. Hotel is cheap in Thailand, you can travel every month or even to nearby countries.

Would you do a video on electrical adaptors that visitors to Thailand will need to power things like laptop computers and phone chargers??? Thank You!
If your computer and phone are less than seven years old, you should be fine to plug them in to a different voltage. Phones and laptops can handle dual voltage. I plugged in my laptop and phone from the US and it worked fine. Same with my visitors from the US. 😊👍
Anything else I would tell you to use a converter though. Such as a hairdryer or electric razor.
